Program Manager – Prior Authorization Solutions (Healthcare SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs that enhance a cloud-based prior authorization SaaS platform.
• Manage operational projects across product, engineering, operations, client success, and business operations.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive process improvements that increase operational efficiency and scalability.
• Support contract tracking, reviews, renewals, compliance, and resource planning.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in program management, product operations, or implementation within healthcare technology and enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated, professional, and willing to take ownership with humility and integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with prior authorization at a health plan, PBM, or utilization management organization.
• Experience with PAHub or another enterprise prior authorization platform.
• Familiarity with SDLC.
• Background in pharmacy benefit management, medical benefit management, or healthcare operations.
• PMP, Agile, or Lean certification.
