Senior Program Manager (SaaS)

Location: New York City; hybrid work from the NYC office 2–3 days per week

Salary: $126,500–$203,550 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Coordinate simultaneous launches and cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Analytics, UXR, Tax, Legal, and Finance.
• Track project status and own executive communications, leadership agenda updates, and stakeholder reporting.
• Manage A/B test pipeline sequencing, interdependencies, and downstream schedule impacts.
• Design sustainable operating processes, playbooks, planning cycles, team rituals, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Establish reviews of pricing levers and maintain a source of truth for pricing and packaging decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with A/B testing, statistical and financial analysis, and qualitative and quantitative research.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence-without-authority skills.
• Proficiency in Jira, Google Workspace, Excel, Looker, Amplitude, and Statsig or equivalent platforms.
• Regular, critical use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Experience shipping products globally with knowledge of localization and internationalization.
• Experience with online checkout, billing, payment processors, or pricing strategy.
