Commercial Real Estate Support Specialist (Finance)

Location: Dallas, TX - Uptown

What you will do

• Manage administrative activities and general portfolio management for commercial real estate loans.
• Monitor loan agreements, construction draws, loan performance, and covenant compliance.
• Analyze borrower financials, property performance, lease-up progress, construction milestones, and market trends to maintain portfolio quality and risk ratings.
• Gather financial information and documentation from customers and support Relationship Managers with client communications.
• Prepare internal reports for quarterly reviews and portfolio health assessments.
• Build relationships with internal business partners and support syndicated loan relationships while staying current on loan policies and banking products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, portfolio management, or a related field.
• Completion of hirify.global’s Financial Services University training.
• Ability to assess credit risk and understand loan structures, with a record of high-quality underwriting work.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
