Commercial Real Estate - Portfolio Manager III

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate customers in partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Own credit quality, risk monitoring, risk ratings, underwriting quality, and portfolio administration.
• Evaluate delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing bases, criticized loans, annual reviews, and portfolio trends.
• Prepare written credit analyses and present proposed credit actions to the Senior Loan Committee when needed.
• Work with Relationship Managers and Treasury Management to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue through commercial financial solutions.
• Conduct portfolio reviews, participate in special projects, and mentor Credit Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or demonstrated knowledge and expertise.
• 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience with commercial credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio administration, and risk monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate with Team Leaders, Relationship Managers, Regional Commercial Management, and Regional Credit Officers.
• Ability to use commercial banking systems and Microsoft Office, including CLOS, PMTS, MAX, CARS, RETS, and AFS.
