Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst II (Commercial Real Estate Credit): Analyzing complex commercial real estate loan requests, borrower financials, collateral, and project viability with an accent on credit underwriting, risk ratings, and compliance. Focus on preparing credit memos, evaluating repayment sources, performing loan-to-value and sensitivity analyses, and monitoring loan covenants.
Location: Omaha - FN Business Park; hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration three days per week and remote flexibility two days per week.
Compensation: $63,288.00-$104,425.00 base pay.

What you will do
- Independently analyze complex commercial real estate credit requests, focusing on borrower finances, collateral, industry conditions, and project viability.
- Prepare credit memos and loan presentation packets for new requests, renewals, and annual reviews.
- Evaluate financial data from borrowers, affiliated entities, and guarantors, including primary repayment sources.
- Perform real estate collateral analysis, loan-to-value calculations, market assessments, and sensitivity analyses.
- Assign risk ratings, identify policy and underwriting exceptions, and monitor loan covenants.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, participate in customer calls or visits, and mentor new credit analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of direct lending or credit analysis experience, preferably in commercial real estate lending.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit underwriting principles.
- Experience analyzing multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, presentation, decision-making, and problem-resolution skills.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the United States and no future sponsorship requirement.
