Loan Support Analyst Sr - Midland

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Analyze and interpret complex loan agreements and apply loan terms accurately in servicing activities.
• Process loan payments, escrows, reserve account disbursements, tax and insurance administration, and collections as needed.
• Prepare and support investor, internal, and regulatory reporting, including covenant compliance testing.
• Resolve non-compliant issues with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate servicing records.
• Review exceptions, support risk mitigation, onboard new loans, and provide specialty product guidance or training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate loan servicing and loan documentation.
• Skills in financial analysis, analytical thinking, compliance, due diligence, and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication, customer interaction, decision-making, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Must work in-office within the hirify.global Midland footprint in Overland Park, Kansas.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
