Senior Compensation Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide compensation recommendations based on market data and internal equity.
• Conduct market pricing analyses, review compensation surveys, and evaluate the competitiveness of company positions.
• Support merit planning, promotions, salary adjustments, incentive programs, and other compensation initiatives.
• Support compensation activities related to organizational growth, mergers and acquisitions, integrations, restructuring, and workforce transformation.
• Develop compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics while improving Workday compensation processes, data hirify.global, and user experience.
• Support compensation audits and compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay program administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday HCM compensation administration, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience with Payfactors, Radford, compensation surveys, market analysis, and benchmarking.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, business transformation, integrations, or change management.
• Certified Compensation Professional designation or progress toward certification.
• Advanced Excel and compensation reporting skills.
