Focus on managing annual compensation cycles in Workday, conducting market pricing analyses, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Design and administer base pay, variable pay, and incentive programs across the global organization.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and promotion processes within Workday.
  • Conduct market pricing using surveys such as Mercer, WTW, and Radford to maintain salary structures.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and P&C Business Partners to guide new hire offers and promotions.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
  • Develop compensation dashboards and reports in Workday to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • 5–7+ years of compensation experience.
  • Hands-on Workday experience, including configuration, reporting, and cycle administration.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong quantitative analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles and market pricing methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
  • Experience with compensation practices in European countries.
  • Experience working in high-growth or matrixed corporate environments.
