Business Performance Improvement - People & Change - HR Transformation Manager

Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid work combining in-person work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites with remote work; travel may include local and out-of-state client travel. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $134,000–$214,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, skills, and geographic work location. Target bonus opportunity: 12%; estimated total cash range: $150,080–$239,680.

What you will do

• Lead HR transformation engagements and oversee the successful completion of project work plans.
• Advise strategic clients, including CHROs and executive stakeholders, on HR operating models, service delivery, and functional effectiveness.
• Design transformation business cases, executive briefings, diagnostic assessments, and actionable roadmaps.
• Support implementation and optimization of HR technologies and AI-enabled use cases across recruiting, talent management, employee experience, and HR operations.
• Build client relationships, develop market presence, and contribute to proposals, pipeline development, contracting, and engagement delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop teams while building scalable methodologies, tools, and assets for the HR Transformation practice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience leading HR transformation programs, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategies, change enablement, and HR diagnostics.
• Experience implementing and optimizing major HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow.
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation solutions within HR functions and translating business needs into AI-enabled use cases.
• Executive presence, strong communication skills, client relationship development experience, and the ability to lead and develop teams.

Nice to have

• Progressive leadership experience in a global professional services consulting firm.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience with process mapping or analytics tools.
