What you will do

• Partner with technical business leaders to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards across the EMEA region.
• Drive performance review cycles and coach managers on implementing improvement plans.
• Identify high-potential employees and facilitate leadership development programs.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 9-13 years of progressive HR experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in an HRBP role specifically at a tech company.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Proven experience in handling complex HR cases and partnering with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday or SAP.
