Analyst Sales

Salary: $56,500–$73,400 annually

hirify.global is a large baking company with more than 20,000 associates working across bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes.

What you will do

• Manage distribution authorization lists, including new item setup, item removals, conversions, cleanup, and research requests.
• Coordinate pre- and post-submission activities, communications, and portfolio updates with internal teams and customers.
• Research, validate, recover, and cross-check customer-facing and internal SBT issues, including missing scans.
• Support Trade Point contract administration, promotion and everyday pricing, price increases, and post-audit reconciliation.
• Maintain supplier, bakery, and produced-item data in customer portals and internal systems.
• Coordinate food safety, social compliance certificates, legal documents, and customer account compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience may substitute.
• 1–3 years of experience in the CPG industry, customer relations, sales, or analytics required; DSD experience is valued.
• Direct customer-facing experience and strong project management skills.
• Process-driven approach with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Experience with Market 6, IRI, Stratum, or Margin Minder preferred; travel is minimal.
