Regional Account Manager (CPG)

Location: Remote

Salary: $115,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience and geography, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Own and grow retail business across conventional and regional retail accounts such as Publix, Hy-Vee, and Raley’s.
• Serve as the main liaison between hirify.global, brokers, buyers, marketing teams, and internal cross-functional partners.
• Lead line reviews, item setup, assortment updates, and in-store promotional planning and execution.
• Manage retailer media and digital marketing tactics, including campaigns supporting in-store sales.
• Develop off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales.
• Coordinate forecasting, delivery execution, performance reporting, and KPI analysis with demand planning and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably in food and beverage.
• Experience managing major regional retail accounts.
• Strong knowledge of retail promotional planning, ecommerce marketing, and category management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data such as IRI or NielsenIQ, and retailer portals.
