Principal Program Manager, Technical – Global Money Movement (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid work with onsite attendance Tuesday through Thursday each week

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 starting base salary annually, plus equity and other compensation components.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for the business disbursement program.
• Define long-term vision and prioritize platform investments, standardization, innovation, and AI-enabled differentiation.
• Work with external partners, Business Development, and business leaders to drive technical integrations, partner relationships, and commercial structures.
• Evaluate hirify.global services, platform architecture, partner APIs, and local payment rails to shape scalable integration frameworks.
• Influence engineering, platform, compliance, and business teams to deliver required capabilities and resolve blockers.
• Define success metrics, analyze data, identify customer and market opportunities, and drive investment tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience defining and executing long-term product or program vision with measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Experience managing external partners, technical integrations, and ongoing partner relationships with Business Development collaboration.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Experience owning products or platforms measured by reliability, speed, cost, and growth; strong analytical skills including SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and apply AI tools to analysis, prototyping, decision-making, and program operations.
