Senior Program Manager, EPMO (FinTech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, USA; four days a week in the office and Fridays from home for employees near an office

Salary: $138,000–$190,000 base annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead high-stakes, enterprise-wide programs with significant strategic impact and visibility.
• Translate ambiguous company priorities into program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.
• Own cross-functional strategic projects and programs from planning through delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, and coordinate mitigation with stakeholders.
• Build executive-level narratives, communicate decisions, and drive accountability across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and other teams.
• Use AI and emerging tools to improve program workflows, decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting.
• Strong program management, planning, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills.
• Experience improving cross-functional operations and scaling systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-suite and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, manage change, and solve complex problems independently.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office four days per week if located near a hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• MBA or PMP certification.
• Experience working in FinTech.
