Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid at the NYC headquarters; remote options are also listed for the United States.

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 annually in New York City; remote ranges of $112,000–$151,000 (Standard) and $117,000–$158,000 (Premium), plus equity.

What you will do

• Drive the development and implementation of R&D programs, products, and services.
• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale financial applications and end-to-end solutions.
• Partner with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and other teams to define scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, program risks, contingency plans, and escalations.
• Communicate program status, progress, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Improve program and portfolio management processes through AI, automation, and data-driven practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Kanban, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
