Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Technology Operating Rhythm (AI)

Salary: $202,000–$273,500 annually

What you will do

• Design and operationalize AI-first mechanisms for the Technology Operating Rhythm.
• Partner with the CTO, technology leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify AI automation and augmentation opportunities.
• Lead the evolution of Tech Tuesday and related operating rhythm mechanisms by using AI to surface themes, trends, and performance signals.
• Build and manage cross-functional programs that improve alignment, accountability, and execution across hirify.global Technology.
• Partner with design, data, and engineering teams to develop AI-powered tools for surfacing insights and creating, sharing, and consuming leadership artifacts.
• Create and scale AI-enabled templates, workflows, and tools that standardize operational best practices.

• Experience translating company strategy into execution through operating mechanisms.
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to accelerate outcomes and deliver measurable business results.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience driving clarity, accountability, and performance improvement across large, complex programs.
• Experience leading AI-driven change and fostering adoption across diverse teams.
• Technical fluency in AI, automation, data analytics, experimentation, and scalable technology systems.
