What you will do

• Orchestrate the technical strategy and multi-year roadmaps for cross-organizational programs defining the future of hirify.global platforms.
• Architect end-to-end execution frameworks, including global sequencing, governance, and enterprise-grade operational metrics.
• Own the master execution roadmap, identifying and resolving structural misalignments across interdependent product suites.
• Partner with lead engineers and architects to evaluate integration patterns, technical debt, and long-term platform health.
• Design and institutionalize durable program frameworks that elevate the execution maturity of the entire global R&D organization.
• Mentor senior-level program managers and engineering leads to improve high-velocity decision-making and risk management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading massive-scale technical programs in distributed systems and software engineering.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and architectural decisions at the VP/SVP level.
• Expertise in cloud-scale infrastructure, API-first design, and distributed systems.
• Strong background in building operational readiness frameworks for multi-thousand-person R&D organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience at a hyperscaler or Fortune 100 cloud software company.
• Domain expertise in global-scale communications (Telephony, SMS, CPaaS) or high-throughput distributed platforms.
• Experience leading major cloud migrations or foundational platform re-architectures.
