Salary: $142,500 - $180,000 USD (for California)

What you will do

• Manage global AP and T&E operations, including vendor management, invoice processing, and employee reimbursements across US and international entities.
• Oversee corporate credit card programs and serve as the primary escalation point for vendor relations.
• Lead the month-end AP close process, reconcile discrepancies, and partner with Accounting on vendor accruals and flux analysis.
• Supervise and mentor the AP team, providing hands-on leadership and backup support.
• Manage U.S. 1099 reporting and coordinate with external providers for jurisdictional compliance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement to improve end-to-end processes through an AI-first lens.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 2 years in a people manager role.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency AP operations.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ZIP, Bill.com, Brex, or similar AP automation software.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI tools to improve financial process efficiency.
