Surgical Technician Student - Surgical Services - Full Time - One Day Surgery Center

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite work at the Elliot 1 Day Surgery & Endoscopy Center, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; scheduled shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. No call, weekends, or holidays.

hirify.global operates the Elliot 1 Day Surgery & Endoscopy Center, an outpatient surgical facility providing minimally invasive procedures and multidisciplinary patient care.

What you will do

• Prepare operating rooms, surgical equipment, supplies, and instruments before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments, holding retractors, and suctioning.
• Sterilize equipment and instruments and maintain sterile operating-room conditions.
• Transport patients to the operating room and monitor vital signs under medical staff direction.
• Support procedures across orthopedics, podiatry, urology, plastic surgery, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, dental surgery, neurospine, ophthalmology, pain management, and endoscopy.
• Work with advanced equipment including MAKO and da Vinci robotic systems, surgical lasers, the Hana table, and allograft technologies.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Graduate or current student of a formal Surgical Technician program, or equivalent military education and training.
• Surgical Technician certification and BLS certification.
• New Hampshire Medical Technician Certification required unless another current New Hampshire state license is held.
• At least two years of experience in a hospital operating room or ambulatory surgery center is preferred.
