Clinical Technology Specialist - Entry Level (Medical Technology)

What you will do

• Set up and operate surgical technologies before and during procedures.
• Provide technical equipment guidance to surgeons and medical staff.
• Complete preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibration, and documentation.
• Load and transport equipment to healthcare facilities; drive daily and travel overnight occasionally.
• Apply vehicle, workplace, and laser safety practices.
• Build professional relationships with healthcare partners and provide customer service.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no major violations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work early mornings, evening cases, occasional weekends, and overnight travel.
• Ability to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and stand for extended periods.
• Must meet assigned medical facilities’ credentialing requirements, which may include immunizations, health screenings, background checks, and drug or marijuana/THC testing.

Nice to have

• Medical, EMT, surgical technologist, or military experience.
• Experience working long days or unpredictable schedules.
