Registered Nurse - Surgical Services - OR - Full Time (40 hours/week)

Salary: USD 44.70–79.60 per hour, based on applicable experience. Shift differentials apply.

What you will do

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide direct patient care in surgical services and the operating room.
• Supervise care provided by professional and ancillary personnel.
• Assess and address patient and family education needs before discharge.
• Coordinate nursing and medical plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives; float to other hospital departments when patient needs require.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current license to practice nursing in Washington State.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Professionalism, leadership, and commitment to continued professional growth.

Nice to have

• One to two years of clinical experience in an appropriate nursing area.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• CNOR certification.
