Registered Nurse, Operating Room Circulator (Healthcare)

Salary: $74,000–$86,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

hirify.global is recruiting experienced operating room circulator registered nurses for a community hospital opportunity with a varied surgical program.

What you will do

• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing colleagues.
• Prepare operating rooms and verify required equipment and supplies.
• Support efficient operating room turnover.
• Circulate orthopedic, general surgery, robotic-assisted, and selected OB/GYN cases.
• Respond effectively to changing clinical priorities and perioperative emergencies.
• Maintain patient safety, sterile practice, and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• At least two years of operating room circulating registered nurse experience.
• Current North Carolina RN license or qualifying multistate compact RN license.
• Experience circulating orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci/robotic, and some OB/GYN cases.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.
• Experience limited to Pre-Op, Post-Op, Endoscopy/GI, or PACU without operating-room circulating experience does not meet the requirement.
