Key Account Manager (Creative), Indonesia

Location: Onsite at the client’s office in Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

• Support the Account Manager with the day-to-day management of the designated client account area.
• Coordinate pre-artwork build activities using client and artwork management tools and applicable working practices.
• Plan, prioritize, track, report, and communicate project progress to meet KPIs and required timelines.
• Own client communications, maintain the relationship, and advise on print processes, substrates, and packaging feasibility.
• Perform range checks to maintain brand consistency across project ranges and prepare quotes, invoices, and internal reports.
• Support process improvements, staff development, system testing, and technology change implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in client service, account management, or a related packaging and print environment.
• Ability to manage projects, stakeholders, priorities, reporting, and client communications.
• Understanding of print processes, substrates, packaging requirements, and print feasibility.
• Ability to prepare commercial documentation, including quotes, invoices, and reports.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite at the client’s office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
