What you will do

• Manage overall relationships and maintain close contact with procurement for Heart/Belly customers in Indonesia.
• Drive account growth and satisfaction while handling contracts, pricing, and overdue payments.
• Expand share of wallet through strategic biddings and tenders.
• Proactively mitigate churn risks and manage the CRM customer and NBD pipeline.
• Develop accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with CSM, BD, CSD, and GBS teams to ensure customer journey success.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, or Management.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial sales management.
• Proven record in account management, preferably within the specialty chemicals industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
