Workday Compensation Consultant (Workday)

What you will do

• Develop Workday solutions in the advanced compensation functional area.
• Build and support Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio.
• Create reports using Report Writer and Advanced Reporting.
• Set up integrations between HCM and Adaptive, including user synchronization and SSO.
• Configure Adaptive workforce planning, modeling, sheets, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
• Communicate complex technical material to diverse audiences and influence effectively in a matrix environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Workday development experience in advanced compensation.
• At least 2 years of Workday development experience with integrations and reporting.
• Experience with compensation in Workday or other HR systems.
• Experience with SAS, SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools.
• Knowledge of Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, and access rules.
• Strong communication, initiative, accountability, prioritization, Agile, and leadership skills; a BS/BA degree or higher in information technology is required.

Nice to have

• Wells Fargo software engineering experience.
• Workday Extend development experience.
