Workday Extend Developer (Workday)

What you will do

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and technical deliverables.
• Plan and size development items for sprint planning and contribute to technology strategy planning.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document technology projects, upgrades, and deployments.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations for assigned products.
• Review and resolve complex technical challenges while supporting client needs and compliance requirements.
• Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and guide less experienced staff.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years of HR systems experience with platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• 2+ years of business systems analysis or design experience.
• 2+ years of technology release or implementation experience.
• 1+ year of Workday development experience, including integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Report Writer, and Advanced Reporting.
