Principal Talent Management Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid role associated with New York City; compensation is also listed for Dublin, Ireland

Salary: $148,000–$267,500 annual base salary in New York, NY; €88,500–€159,500 annual base salary in Dublin, Ireland. Eligible employees may also receive stock options.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Talent Management portfolio across performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, internal mobility, skills, and emerging talent priorities.
• Design connected, scalable experiences that support employee growth, manager effectiveness, and business performance.
• Develop continuous performance frameworks, feedback and coaching resources, manager tools, and career conversation enablement.
• Lead complex initiatives from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with People Business Partners, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders through facilitation, communication, presentations, and data-informed recommendations.
• Build and experiment with AI tools, workflows, and automations for skills, internal mobility, talent insights, and manager enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related People discipline.
• Experience connecting functional strategy to business objectives and driving hands-on execution.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Strong program management, communication, facilitation, stakeholder influence, and partnership skills.
• Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure impact, and inform decisions.
• Experience building or experimenting with AI tools, workflows, or automations, with sound judgment regarding privacy, bias, quality, and human judgment.
