People Partner, G&A

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY; hybrid attendance required at least 25% of the time.

Annual salary: $310,000–$380,000 USD

What you will do

• Advise and coach leaders, senior executives, managers, and employees across People and Communications.
• Provide HR support throughout the employee lifecycle in partnership with Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and other specialist teams.
• Support performance management, employee relations, high-performance culture, and values-based workplace practices.
• Partner with leadership and Finance to implement scalable people programs and policies.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects, including manager training and initiatives that support organizational growth.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development for G&A functions.

Requirements

• Experience working in HR at a fast-growing technology company or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in North American employment law and HR best practices.
• Understanding of the needs and challenges of supporting G&A functions in a high-growth environment.
• Experience in HR business partnering, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, or a closely related function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City office locations under the hybrid policy.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in HRBP, People Operations, Employee Relations, Recruiting, or related functions.
• Experience supporting People and Communications teams in high-growth technology environments.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
• Training in conflict resolution and experience providing confidential, practical support.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its applications, with an interest in safe AI development.
