Senior People Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, New York, USA; at least two days per week in the New York office

Salary: $168,000–$210,000 base salary per year; no additional commission-based compensation

hirify.global provides data intelligence software and is developing AI-focused capabilities through its Deasy Labs team.

What you will do

• Advise Deasy Labs and the Customer Organization, including Customer Engineering, Professional Services, and Support.
• Partner with leaders on workforce transformation as AI reshapes roles, skills, and team structures.
• Design role-redesign and change-management initiatives for hybrid human-AI teams.
• Use workforce analytics and AI-assisted insights to improve productivity, retention, and organizational health.
• Embed performance management, learning and development, rewards, and employee experience programs into business strategies.
• Own workforce planning and provide employee-relations and compliance support across the United States and other supported regions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting customer-facing or revenue organizations.
• Experience working in a global organization across the United States and EMEA.
• Experience using data to develop insights, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of AI-related workforce design and responsible AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience; visa sponsorship is not available.

Hiring process

• Success milestones include meeting the Deasy Labs team and CCO leaders during the first month.
• By the third month, the role is expected to own workforce plans for Deasy Labs and the Customer Organization.
• By the sixth month, the role is expected to deliver a people-strategy recommendation linked to a business outcome.
