Manager, Commercial Systems (Veeva)

Location: Cambridge, MA; hybrid work

Base salary: $133,500–$163,300 USD per year, plus a performance-based annual cash bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Administer, support, enhance, and optimize the Veeva ecosystem for Medical Affairs and Commercial organizations.
• Support Veeva Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, Open Data, and related integrated systems.
• Lead application support, incident resolution, operational procedures, process improvements, and system documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional specifications.
• Perform impact assessments and system integration testing, and coordinate UAT for enhancements and releases.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors while providing technical leadership on projects and integrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of system support experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Hands-on experience administering Veeva Commercial and Medical platforms, including Vault CRM, PromoMats, MedComms, Network, and Open Data.
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs and Commercial field teams and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow development, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS technologies, relational databases, enterprise integrations, master data, commercial data warehouses or data lakes.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field preferred; familiarity with FDA and HIPAA requirements is beneficial.

• Veeva Vault CRM certification.
• Additional certifications in SaaS platforms, application support, or project management.
