Senior Manager, IT - Workday (Workday)

Location: United States of America — Remote

Salary: $152,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead Workday platform governance, product strategy, roadmap planning, and investment priorities.
• Own delivery and operational oversight across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Reporting and Analytics, Security, and Integrations.
• Manage Workday technical resources, offshore support and development resources, performance goals, career development, and succession planning.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Technology leaders, and business sponsors to translate business priorities into Workday capabilities and make product trade-off decisions.
• Oversee enhancements, integrations, upgrades, transformations, optimization initiatives, and service management using Agile delivery principles.
• Manage vendors, escalations, contracts, budgets, licensing, business cases, ROI analyses, and support agreements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, HRIS, enterprise applications, or HR technology.
• 3+ years leading Workday teams or medium-to-large Workday programs.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Workday expertise across several areas including HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Reporting and Analytics, and Integrations.
• Experience with Agile product management, portfolio management, vendor management, enterprise architecture, API and integration strategy, change management, service management, and role-based access controls.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
