Senior Manager Technical Lead, Content Technology & MLR Enablement (Veeva)

Location: Philadelphia, PA — Remote/Home-Based; US-based candidates only. Requires 10–20% travel.

Salary: $141,600–$212,400 annual base pay for US-based candidates, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Content Infrastructure & MLR Global Capability team.
• Translate business requirements and capability roadmaps into technical specifications, architectures, and executable development plans.
• Design, configure, build, and integrate Veeva PromoMats, MedComm Vault, and the AI-enabled MLR Accelerator platform.
• Guide integrations with CRM, web, analytics, and other upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Ensure content workflows are scalable, secure, auditable, compliant, and aligned with medical and promotional regulations.
• Lead agile execution, vendor delivery, cross-team problem solving, and technical mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• 7+ years of post-bachelor’s experience, or 5+ years after a master’s degree, in software engineering, technical architecture, or enterprise platform development.
• 2+ years as a Tech Lead or in a similar hands-on technical leadership role.
• Experience with enterprise content platforms, MLR workflow systems, software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and data architecture.
• Experience working in Agile product teams and complex matrixed organizations.
• Must be a US-based candidate for this compensation framework; 10–20% travel is required.
