Associate Director Business Systems (NetSuite)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 USD per year, plus potential bonuses and equity.

What you will do

• Manage NetSuite, Boomi, Avalara, Bill.com, BlackLine, and other business systems, while assisting with Salesforce.
• Map business processes, gather requirements, and recommend process or system improvements across finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and reporting.
• Define, document, and maintain business processes, system workflows, department procedures, and project tracking practices.
• Lead NetSuite module implementations, releases, functional design, configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• Oversee data migration, data structuring and cleanup, third-party integrations, consultants, customizations, security controls, reports, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Manage and develop a team of NetSuite Business Systems Analysts, including goal setting, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite as an administrator, including hands-on ERP implementation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, workflows, SuiteScript, customizations, reports, and saved searches.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with systems such as Avalara, Arena, Coupa, Bill.com, Certify, and Salesforce.
• Experience with sensitive data, SOX controls, change management, segregation of duties, and IT general controls.
• Strong understanding of Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Procure to Pay, Design to Build, Order to Cash, Project Accounting, Return to Credit, and Order Management processes.
