Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition

Location: US Remote

Salary: $185,000–$287,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own and evolve the global Talent Acquisition vision, strategy, roadmap, and scalable AI-enabled hiring model.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layer global team of Talent Acquisition managers, recruiters, and coordinators.
• Direct capacity modeling, workforce planning, headcount forecasting, budget allocation, and recruiting metrics.
• Build employer branding and talent marketing strategies in partnership with Marketing.
• Shape hiring practices through interview training, structured evaluation, bias mitigation, and guidance on technical and AI talent.
• Manage ATS strategy, AI-enabled recruiting tools, staffing vendors, agencies, and contingent workforce programs while advising executives on talent strategy and hiring risk.

Requirements

• 12+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience on a global scale.
• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition leadership, including multi-layered teams across multiple regions or a global organization.
• Deep sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or AI talent, with knowledge of technology stacks, engineering leveling, and technical interview design.
• Experience with global workforce planning, headcount forecasting, staffing vendor contracts, employment regulations, and regional talent markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant combined experience and education may be considered.

Nice to have

• Hands-on ATS administration experience with platforms such as Greenhouse or Workday.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Understanding of enterprise sales hiring, compensation benchmarking, and global employer branding.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
