Senior Manager, Talent Sourcing - MedTech

Location: Hybrid role based in New Brunswick, New Jersey; Tampa, Florida; Bogotá, Colombia; or Prague, Czechia.

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of talent sourcing across MedTech and Enterprise Functions.
• Translate talent market insights, workforce analytics, and predictive intelligence into sourcing and workforce strategies.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging sourcing technologies.
• Develop global sourcing strategies, talent communities, proactive pipelines, and talent ecosystems for critical and future-focused skills.
• Advise senior Talent Acquisition and business leaders using competitive intelligence, talent availability insights, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed global team of Talent Sourcing Managers, Leads, and Sourcing Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Intelligence, Executive Search, Workforce Planning, or Human Resources, including at least 3 years leading strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing global teams and executing enterprise-wide sourcing strategies.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with talent intelligence, labor market analytics, workforce insights, applicant tracking systems, CRM/TRM platforms, and advanced sourcing technologies.
• Ability to work from one of the specified locations: New Brunswick, Tampa, Bogotá, or Prague.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI and automation to improve talent acquisition effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Background in medical devices, healthcare, technology, life sciences, executive search, or financial services.
• Experience with digital transformation, change management, program leadership, or organizational transformation.
