Location: Remote/hybrid field-based role associated with Hartford, Connecticut; residence is required within the assigned geographic region covering Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont. The role requires approximately 80% travel and onsite attendance at company facilities for training and meetings.
Salary: $187,000–$231,000 annually.

is a precision medicine oncology company developing and commercializing targeted therapies for molecularly defined solid tumors, including therapies based on synthetic lethality and antibody-drug conjugates.
What you will do
- Lead territory and ecosystem-level account strategies supporting the launch and appropriate adoption of darovasertib in uveal melanoma.
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, community providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data, tumor biology, mechanism of action, and evolving evidence into compliant product education.
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts and patient access.
- Use analytics and performance data to prioritize accounts, deploy resources, provide market insights, and inform commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 5 years in oncology sales.
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the United States.
- Experience managing complex, high-impact academic and community oncology accounts, with strong scientific communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics, plus strong analytical, strategic planning, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Must reside within the assigned geographic region and be able to travel approximately 80%, including overnight travel and occasional evening or weekend conference work.
