Senior Process Engineer (Advanced Electronics)

Location: 100% onsite at the Newark, Delaware facility, United States. Candidates within daily commuting distance will be prioritized.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and process expertise for an assigned manufacturing area.
• Lead root cause investigations and resolve complex process, quality, safety, and operational issues.
• Execute continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, yield, capacity, productivity, and product quality.
• Support capital projects and R&D scale-up activities from design and implementation through startup and performance validation.
• Develop process documentation, PFMEAs, operating procedures, and technical standards.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, EHS, Automation, and R&D teams while mentoring Process Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering within an industrial environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Experience executing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Newark, Delaware facility; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of manufacturing, production, or process engineering experience.
• Experience with capital projects, commissioning, equipment startup, scale-up, or performance validation.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, process capability, PFMEA, and risk management.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring engineers or technical personnel.
