Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Nampa, Idaho, United States; onsite manufacturing operations

Salary: $100,600–$120,000 annually. Additional levels range from $91,500 to $162,000 annually depending on level and qualifications.

What you will do

• Provide engineering support across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Specify, develop, justify, implement, and sustain assembly equipment and materials.
• Improve process quality, yield, efficiency, capacity, and safety in line with strategic objectives.
• Apply statistical problem solving to identify root causes and evaluate process improvements.
• Interpret results and provide recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and support daily manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of process development experience in a related world-class manufacturing company.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence others, and reach consensus.
• Project management experience and knowledge of statistics applied to process capability measurements.
• Effective writing, documentation, speaking, and teamwork skills.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results required.
