Manager, GTM Engineering - Seller Efficiency (AI)

What you will do

• Build and own sales workflow systems, including book carving, ROE automation, signal detection, and pipeline intelligence.
• Lead a team of 3–5 GTM Engineers while remaining hands-on with complex technical problems and high-impact projects.
• Partner with sales leadership to translate ambiguous business problems into technical roadmaps and prioritize high-leverage work.
• Design scalable tooling and connect systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation.
• Establish standards for code quality, documentation, observability, governance, and engineering growth.
• Measure adoption, performance, and business impact, iterating based on feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building revenue systems in RevOps, GTM Engineering, sales systems engineering, or a similar technical area.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript, including code review, debugging, and production development.
• Experience deploying AI-powered internal tools, automations, or agentic workflows at scale.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, BI tools, ETL/reverse ETL systems, and event-driven architectures.
• 3+ years managing technical teams in hypergrowth environments, including hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers.
• Strong prioritization, communication, commercial judgment, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global as a primary workflow or enrichment layer.
• Background in analytics engineering, data science, or full-stack software engineering.
• Experience scaling a GTM Engineering function from 0 to 1 or from 1 to 5+ people.
