Director, GTM Engineering & Systems Architecture (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Compensation: OTE $184,000–$230,000 annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents that automate workflows across Revenue teams, taking systems from prototype to production.
• Define how agents connect to the CRM, data warehouse, and revenue technology stack, including data access and permitted actions.
• Implement guardrails such as human-in-the-loop reviews, transparent permissioning, and governance for agent actions.
• Own the multi-year roadmap for revenue technology, including forecasting, conversation intelligence, outbound engagement, and related tools.
• Own CRM and CPQ architecture, simplifying and automating the deal cycle while reducing manual data entry.
• Lead GTM engineers, systems architects, and CRM/CPQ administration functions while personally building and shipping systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building AI systems and managing GTM technology stacks.
• Production experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered systems and familiarity with current agent frameworks and models.
• Experience leading CRM and CPQ platform teams, including architecture, data models, and governance in a complex GTM environment.
• Ability to write code and build systems directly, alongside setting a high technical bar for the team.
• Experience partnering with Revenue and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into adopted systems.
• High ownership, low ego, and the ability to lead an ambitious technical mandate.
