What you will do

• Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models, systems, content, and digital delivery outputs according to project requirements and Level of Development standards.
• Model piping, ductwork, plumbing, and equipment using current 3D design software.
• Translate mechanical sketches and design intent into detailed drawings, layouts, diagrams, annotations, and coordinated documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with architectural, structural, MEP, and civil discipline models through design reviews and 3D coordination.
• Communicate BIM progress, clashes, issues, workload, priorities, and schedule impacts.
• Monitor and improve drawing clarity, company standards, and model health throughout design and construction.

Requirements

• Technical degree or at least 3 years of related industry experience.
• Technical qualification with 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
• Experience with 3D coordination tools and an intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts.
• Competency with Microsoft Office products and communication tools.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Complete a Revit skills assessment focused on typical mechanical project workflows during the selection process.
