BIM Specialist - Airport (Revit)

Location: On-site in Mississauga, Canada, 5 days per week

Salary: CAD 72,000–122,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate BIM requirements across architecture, MEP, data, structural, and asset management disciplines.
• Plan BIM standards and support governance and implementation processes across the airport program.
• Organize and lead BIM coordination workshops for stakeholders.
• Develop model templates for structural, interior, exterior architectural, and MEP elements.
• Facilitate laser scanning of existing spaces when required.

Requirements

• University degree and 4 years of civil infrastructure experience with technical construction drawings or documents, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with technical construction drawings and documents.
• Experience with enterprise document and construction management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Maximo, or SharePoint.
• Proficiency in BIM design software, ideally Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with CADD and GIS technologies, such as Bentley MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and Esri ArcGIS.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate large-group meetings and workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience as a BIM Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
