Financial Analyst - Commercial Business Unit

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States

Salary: $76,600–$123,775 per year, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support financial planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting for assigned product and channel lines.
• Partner with Revenue and Product Management by providing analysis of volume, price/mix, promotions, in-market performance, and business trends.
• Support financial modeling and analysis for New Product Development projects, investment decisions, and portfolio prioritization.
• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results, estimates, accruals, analyses, and forecasts.
• Build and maintain standardized periodic reporting and contribute financial insights to strategic planning and cross-functional reviews.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities while contributing to finance-team best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in a financial analysis role within a business unit.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, data warehouse queries, planning tools, and accounting concepts.
• Ability to protect confidential information and comply with applicable health, safety, finance, and control policies.

Nice to have

• CMA or CPA certification.
• Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, or business-unit leaders.
• Experience with SAP, BI, and BPC.
