Sr. Financial Analyst (Commercial)

Location: Germantown, Wisconsin, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $80,700–$131,475 annually, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis for assigned product and channel lines and partner with Revenue and Product Management.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly forecasting while aligning departmental plans with financial targets.
• Deliver decision support through volume, price and mix, promotion, program, in-market performance, and business trend analysis.
• Build financial models and analysis for New Product Development projects to support investment and portfolio prioritization.
• Maintain accurate financial results, forecasts, estimates, accruals, periodic reporting, controls, and standardized performance metrics.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, provide recommendations to senior stakeholders, and support process improvements across Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience financially supporting business units in a consumer durable or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and New Product Development financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, variance analysis, and business performance management.
• Ability to own product-line analyses, communicate fact-based findings, and work with ERP and financial planning software.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Claude to improve financial processes and develop process improvements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, CMA, or CPA.
• Experience with SAP and Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC).
• Experience with generative AI, automation platforms, or AI-driven agents and workflows for financial processes.
