Field Services Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Liberty, Missouri, United States; extensive travel across the United States required

hirify.global is hiring for a field services supervisor role supporting industrial manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Install ceramic, refractory, and other industrial wear protection products at customer facilities.
• Supervise and work alongside field crews while coordinating daily job-site activities, staffing, materials, equipment, logistics, and transportation.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer-service standards.
• Represent the company on site, provide project updates, maintain customer relationships, and help resolve job-site issues.
• Support estimating, quoting, scheduling, forecasting, equipment staging, and cost and labor monitoring.
• Assist with MIG welding, fabrication, equipment preparation, shop production, SOP development, and training of field personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial field service, construction, maintenance, fabrication, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, safety, quality, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 50–75%, including overnight and extended project assignments.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy machinery, and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; background check, physical examination, and drug screening required.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• MIG welding, refractory, concrete, or industrial maintenance experience.
• CDL.
