Team Lead II (Weld/Fab)

Location: Not specified; scheduled shift is 5:00am–1:30pm.

Pay range: $30.75–$32.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing employees across weld and fabrication processes and operations.
• Assign work and instruct operators on work techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate materials, tools, fixtures, production flow, and on-time completion.
• Perform direct labor and supervisory activities, excluding employee discipline and time approvals.
• Audit work and internal processes, document findings, and verify that products meet quality requirements.
• Analyze production disruptions, support inventory accuracy, and communicate drawing or BOM discrepancies to Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain complex drawings and schematics.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and supervisory skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience is desirable.
• Ability to understand and apply corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to meet medium-heavy physical demands, including continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting, and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance.
