Customer Service Consultant - Atlanta (Remote) (Automotive)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Salary: $20.70–$31.40 per hour

What you will do

• Engage with inbound customers online and by phone to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying process.
• Recommend vehicles from hirify.global inventory based on customer preferences.
• Support online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
• Connect the online shopping experience with in-store purchasing.
• Meet individual sales and performance targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Obtain required Automotive Salesperson Licenses, including completing testing or travel where applicable.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern technology and contact center systems, including Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Genesys or equivalent.
• Must reside within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center location.
• Must be able to obtain an Automotive Salesperson License in applicable states.
