Customer Operations Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

Salary: $19 – $21 per hour

What you will do

• Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
• Handle inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and motorcycle policies.
• Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers through the hirify.global app and insurance options.
• Solve complex problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicle updates, driver changes, and policy documentation.
• Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback based on customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
