Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary: $75,800–$170,100 per year, depending on U.S. labor-cost zone, location, skills, knowledge, and experience. Eligible for hirify.global incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution for product change initiatives within a Strategic Business Unit.
• Represent Supply Chain functions in cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across business, marketing, sales, R&D, and supply chain partners.
• Develop execution strategies covering start of ship, production volume, total delivered cost, supply risk, and long-term project requirements.
• Manage product change implementation through project activation, start of production or shipment, and technical transfer.
• Coordinate project reviews, communication plans, feasibility assessments, priorities, and constrained supply chain resources.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve supply chain processes, and build partnerships across supply chain sub-functions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a supply chain role.
• At least 2 years of experience with desktop and ERP applications, plus experience with production and inventory control systems.
• Experience in operations planning, project management, people management, and demand creation interfaces with customers, Marketing, Sales, or R&D.
• Strong supply chain and project leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, planning, organization, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; a B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
