Salary: $128,000.00–$176,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and communicate demand signals to suppliers.
• Lead the Materials Core Team and coordinate product development deliverables across buyers, planners, production control, and engineering.
• Create, release, and update project materials strategies and execute commercialization materials plans.
• Support sourcing decisions, supplier selection, price and delivery negotiations, risk assessments, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Manage materials change control, cost objectives, key process indicators, and total landed cost targets.
• Partner with engineering and quality teams to identify critical and long-lead parts and resolve supplier quality issues.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in the relevant materials or supply chain discipline and broad knowledge of related functional areas.
• Experience leading projects with notable risk and complexity and developing execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
